As its name suggests, the Garden Cottage once housed the estate gardener and it backs onto a large and spacious lawn with swings for children and overlooks the original walled garden, now part of a community gardening scheme.

The Garden Cottage has a large open plan living area and two porches with lots of space for storing your outdoor equipment. The bedrooms comprise of a ground floor double for easy access, and 3 twin bedrooms upstairs with luxurious towels, dressing gowns and hot water bottles provided for your comfort. The complimentary local bathroom products are another feature that our guests always appreciate.

While staying at the Garden Cottage you will have access to all the grounds of Farr Estate and use of amenities such as the tennis court, forest disc golf course, Kayak, SUP and rowing boats on Farr Loch.
